Since I have moved to Florida, I have found a digital scrapbooking club to join. We have twice monthly meetings with presentations and ideas etc. Our club has a yearly competition and an expo. The competition is stiff. The very first year I did not win any ribbons. The second year I won two first and one second. The third year I won a first. Our club uses Scrapbook Factory to design our pages/cards etc. I do not do scrapbooking just to do it, but I find I need a reason to create a page or card. I send out many greeting cards, so my work is mainly on creating them. I plan to share some ideas etc here on my website. Hope that I can help you with some ideas and send you creating on your own.
